App license
The Pilot iPhone app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) unless a custom license agreement is provided in its App Store listing. Read that agreement for the applicable license terms.
This page provides product and billing information and links to the applicable agreement. It does not replace Apple's EULA.
Mac Helper and pairing
Pilot requires the iPhone app and the Mac Helper. Download the helper from pilotremote.app/helper, follow its permission instructions and pair using its QR code. Use Pilot to control a Mac you own or are authorized to use.
Available controls depend on your app version, the selected panel and the target app. Some shortcuts require the intended app or window to be active on the Mac.
Subscriptions, trials and lifetime access
Pilot offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime option purchased through Apple. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.
Eligible subscription purchases may include a 3-day free trial. The purchase screen shows the eligible plan, local price and full offer details. A trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled under the applicable terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled.
Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account. For a free or discounted trial you do not want to renew, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions.
Refunds
Apple handles purchases and refund requests under its applicable policies. See Apple's refund request instructions. Refund eligibility is determined through that process.
